I do completely agree with your review. At times I felt it’s trying to answer to many questions and loses (what I hoped for) is the key message so to trust your body and regain that healthy relationship with it, that we lost over the last decades due to the diet culture. After the book, I tried to listen to the podcast (same authors) but then again it becomes too political for my liking and (to me) it feels like the other extreme, “never do anything healthy because health is a false, subjective concept”. All in all, great cause, good opening of a very important dialogue but an 3.5/5 for me 🙏

Sabrina thanks for taking the time to comment (& apologies for my delayed response, your commentmust have slipped under my radar.) Your comment is thoughtful and fair - I agree that this book is a good opening of a much-needed dialogue around body shaming and having a healthy body image no matter what our shape :)
