A couple years ago, I updated my book cover for RUSH TO JUDGEMENT, but the update never made it from Amazon to Goodreads. I saw in a community post that this may require creating a new record on Goodreads.

Yes, if the ISBN remains the same you can add an alternate cover edition for the new one
