Well, my first month of trying to market Resonance has ended. I used a few Facebook ads, some very not useful Amazon ads, and a bunch of social media posts to various writing and reading promotion groups. I also tried to help others in the groups out as much as possible by letting them know what seemed to be working for me....and much of what wasn't. It was very difficult to tell what was working as it appears I still don't have a great grasp on how often Amazon reports update numbers. I would have days with 3-5 sales back to back for a week, and then nothing for a few days. The same with the Kindle Unlimited pages read. However, in the end of the month, I was very pleased with the numbers. I ended with 113 copies sold on Amazon (including about half of them through a promotion) and over 13,000 pages read on Kindle Unlimited. I also ended up with about 7 reviews on Amazon and 6 on Goodreads. Considering I am a first time writer I was happy with the ratings as well! I am happy to discuss anything with those who would like to know more.
