Hi Valerie,
The book was translated into English from Italian a few years ago with a translator that didn't yet use AI. The problem is that the characters speak a Newspeak that the translators struggled to translate correctly. However, I've recently edited the text, and the book seems much improved. I apologize for the inconvenience.
