Hamza No it does not you are maybe converting to mobi.
look here to the formats supported.
http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00CT...
and the same here also
http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B00CT...

message 8: by Hajer (new)

Hajer you're right! I wasn't aware of that! but it's not a problem, I download free e pubs and then use calibre http://calibre-ebook.com/ to convert and upload them to my device. and i can still enjoy all the options from word definitions to marking pages..

message 9: by Hamza (new)

Hamza oui bien évidemment.

in the other hand you may loose of layout. i am not sure of that but it's always wiser to use the original format.
(try for exemple to change pdf to epub or mobi and you will see what i am talking about)

is it really that much of a fun to read from an ebook reader instead of a real book ?

message 14: by The (new)

The night gazer nomad is there here anyone that has a book and willing sell it or is it possible to borrow ?

actually, in your/our case it's not a question of "fun". Obviously nothing can change this book touch orgasm, but with kobo you can get what ever book you want without paying any pence... Imagine that with 8 Go memory card you can put over 15000 book. You have your integrated dictionary (multilingual) and integrated light that allow you to read in the dark. I say nothing can take the book's place, but even so, Kobo is more practical.
It costs me 120 euro (about 260 dinars), the equivalent of 14 books.

Lupi_reads Dear god, these posts are so old lmao!

So if anyone is still interested in buying paper books, I suggest Tunisian Bookland
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...

There's obviously Al kiteb library
https://www.alkitab.tn/livres-en-angl...

And there's this one that prints books and sells them, I usually send them pdf files (dunno if that's legal smh) and they just print them and deliver them to me

Laura Monagan Hello, Tunisian Readers! I just finished writing a book about Queen Dido (aka Elyssa), the legendary founder of Carthage. It's historical fiction with a time travel element. i would love to post the link to the FREE book here, but I don't know if it's allowed. I don't see any rules listed for this group. Can someone please advise me? I think this book would make for an interesting discussion of cultural heritage, etc. BTW, I am not Tunisian, but I lived in Tunis for about a year and was enamored of your country! Many thanks!

Laura Monagan Hello, Tunisian Readers!
It's been a few days since I posted my last message, and I haven't seen any activity in this group, but I hope someone will spark a conversation soon. In the meantime, I'll go ahead and post the link to my book about Queen Dido, a re-imagining of her amazing story. I'll be in Tunisia for a book tour in April. Maybe I'll see some of you there! All the best! Here's the link: www.elishat.com
