Duplicate author page and book > Likes and Comments

Good morning,
My book The Fated and the Fallen now has two different pages and my author name is showing up as two different pages.
One is M.E. Allquist and the other is M. E. Allquist (with a space between the M and E). These should not be separate pages as they are the same person (me) and there should only be one listing for the book as to not confuse readers. Can all of this be combined into a single page (preferably the one with the existing reviews and ratings?)
