Hi!! I usually don't reply to reviews, but I wanted to thank you for the advice! I'm doing one last round of editing where I'll focus on adding a bit more grounding details to the short scenes in particular (Chapter 1+2 have now been updated today). If possible, and I can think of something intriguing enough, I'll try to add a bit more about the gold's effect as well :)
