I was trying to add an upcoming release to my Author Dashboard and I received an error message that the ISBN and ASIN were both already in use. There are two (2) entries in the Goodreads system for my book:
I didn't create either of these entries/books on Goodreads (assuming they were brought in via bots when the books were created in my KDP account on Amazon) and it won't allow me to create my own entry for the book under my author dashboard since the ISBN and ASIN are already listed on these entries.
Could both the ebook and paperback entries for this title please be added/connected to my Author profile so that it shows under my author name correctly and so that I can edit the book as necessary (neither of the current ones have a blurb, etc.).
