Kelvin Chin Sorry it was not more helpful, Michelle. A significant factor in my clients overcoming the fear is the meditation technique I teach, which is nonreligious and easy. Not the usual mindfulness type approach. I have found that balancing the body's biochemistry that way is necessary to eliminate the fears of the mind. And that by merely changing one's thoughts or beliefs is insufficient or temporary at best. Many of my students do not have the same beliefs I do about what might happen after we biologically die, yet their fears still go away. That's why I say in the book that which belief we have is not the key to overcoming our fears. Warm regards, Kelvin
