Ashutosh I'm currently at the part where he suggests 'ask them where they're from,' and I was immediately a bit apprehensive about continuing. But it's reassuring that you were able to adapt it to your scenario, so I'm gonna continue.

John Meese It sounds like that question makes you uncomfortable, in which case I recommend you skip it. In that section my primary recommendation is that you start with “What’s on your mind?” but I did mention John Maxwell prefers “Where are you from?” but it is not required.
