Megan Mary Hello, I am writing on behalf of my client, Margie Goldsmith.
She has been attempting to claim her books and create an author page but keeps getting rejected.

The paperback and audiobook version she self-published
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

But she does not have her email on her website, so it is not accepting her account.

The kindle version she published through booklogix
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
She attempted to put in an email supplied by her publisher along with her own email but it also rejected it.

She is an 82 yr old author, so can someone please help me get her squared away?

Scott I have moved her book to a new profile. I don't know if that will help, but it needed to be done anyway.

If she has any questions about the process, she will need to talk to support:

Megan Mary Thanks for your reply, but I am assisting her and don't want to just send her to random support.
Can you explain the new profile?
She's trying to figure out which email to use.
She has 2 and she also has her agents.

Scott It would be better for you or her to talk to support. Librarians are not involved with author approvals. All we can do is make sure the books are on the right profile.
