P.S. Davis Hey community!

I am an author and I get 100s and 100s of scam emails every week. Some of them are hilarious like the one about a tarot spiritual sacrifice needed to sell my books, others are impersonators such as Stephen King and Oprah Winfrey. They aren't all inventive, some are just plain scammy.

This one, the one that brought me here, said this:

"I curate a private community of VIP readers, real human readers, never AI and never automation, who actively read, engage, and participate within established reader ecosystems. Many of these readers are already deeply embedded in active Goodreads communities such as Swifties Who Also Read, where layered, emotionally charged, and high-concept speculative works frequently gain organic visibility through authentic reader behavior..."

It's all non-human jargon speak for "I am a scammer".

So, I checked it out, and here I am. If anything, scammers can help build a bigger audience too. I look forward to interacting in a postive manner.
