Charles Walker Hi, I'm a new author and just published my first book set to release on June 1st of this year. I'm looking for early reviewers to hopefully boost visibility.

Danny & El
It's the Summer of 1999 in Laguna Beach and everyone’s dressed for the season. Unless you're a woman named Elaine Newton that is, a lukewarm Christian recluse living in an oceanside cottage who doesn't go anywhere without an oversized puffer jacket in fear of losing control of her sexual desires. Including during her first day at work at a convenience store where she meets our “hero”.
Daniel Adams is a wannabe ladies’ man who cannot get a date to save his life. (Doesn't help he lives with his mother too.) Upon learning his eccentric yet pretty co-worker is a Christian, he lies to her about being one and asks her out. After realizing what he put himself into, he scrambles to receive the aide of an aspiring pastor to learn the Bible to keep up appearances and hopefully see the woman underneath the jacket.
Unbeknownst to him, Elaine has been searching for a Christian husband to fulfill her emotional and physical desires and is willing to do anything to keep Daniel from looking elsewhere. Including toeing the line between physical boundaries.
How long will Daniel keep up the ruse? Will Elaine "come out of her shell" so to speak? And what the heck is an 'inciting incident'? Find out the answers to these questions and more in Danny & El. A story about two oddball individuals who inadvertently lead each other to Jesus.

If you're interested, here's my email:

I hope to send this to as many people as possible. God bless!

I don't know how your aspiring pastor deals with Daniel's insincere approach to Christianity, but I would encourage you to avoid allowing Daniel to lie to and fool the pastor.
