Thank you so much for this thoughtful review! I'm glad you enjoyed it! And your comment about taking law enforcement too long to do anything was actually part of my problem in writing it. The truth of it was that in real-life, did nothing FOREVER. I actually altered a few dates to speed things along without compromising too much of the story. It is amazing to me how men never thought a woman capable of such atrocities, yet so quick to put a woman in an insane asylum. Happy not to have lived in that time period!
