Wrong author added to my book > Likes and Comments

Hello,
I recently added my book to KDP, Spoiled Blood ISBN 978-1-0674154-0-2. I was told it would auto generate to Goodreads. I've just reviewed its page to notice that another author has claimed this title. Please help! This is my novel.

Is there a way to override an author "assigned" to my book so I can then claim it?

There are no other books on the profile and there doesn't seem to be another Isla Storm, so you can claim that profile and edit the details when approved.

I understand I'm still learning how this all works, but I have already set up a profile with Goodreads (the one I am messaging you from). Sure, I can take over someone else's profile, but wouldn't that person be able to theoretically login and reclaim it?

You have an user profile, the other one is an author page that doesn't belong to anyone. It was automatically created & if you claim it, you don't take it away from anyone. It will basically get merged with your current user profile :)

It says I already have an open application to claim this profile. I don't believe I submitted anything...But I guess I'll wait. Thank you!
