Sounds great. Hope you're doing well. I'm working on a dog book for children ages 4-8 based on the work of my therapy dog, Rudy. He's a large, mixed breed black dog and is wonderful with children. They "read" to him--which can mean showing him pictures and making up the story. Rudy thinks that is just fine. In addition to a program at our local public library, we volunteer at a special eduction classroom in an elementary school. So fun!
I have just published Dog on Course: A Tori & Nick Adventure, and I think members of this group would really enjoy it. It's written for kids ages 9 through about 15, but adults who have read it loved it too! My goal is to introduce positive reinforcement dog training and responsible dog care through a relatable, engaging story. Thanks for reading! P.J.
