Katie, I appreciate the clarification. As I said, I'm sure for the correct reader, the book is a fun romp. But as with my reviews of other books around women's empowerment or trans issues overall, I'm deeply sensitive to messaging. Force feminization disturbs me, full stop.

This is a fair review. I wrote this story as part of a community writing prompt and published around the same time as I was coming out to myself. I thought I was a CIS man when I wrote the bulk of this story and I had a lot of internalized stuff going on.
I still enjoy this story, but I would have taken more time and told it better if I were to rewrite it again today.
That said, I invite you to read my more recent work.
