Adding the book on Ingram before the release > Likes and Comments

I have a question in regards to the proper way to upload the book on IngraSpark;
My book will be published on June 23rd, and the presales will go live approx 1 month before that. Now, I'd like to add my book to IngramSpark so I can make it visible on goodreads. That being said, what is the best way to do it? "Print only" or "Print, sell, distribute" + mention the release date? Note: I will be using my placeholder for a bit, until the CR date.

I'd like to hear an answer to your questions.
Usually, I publish my books on KDP, and afterward upload the paperbacks (only) on IS using the same ISBNs.
