Since swapping works a few months ago, I've had the pleasure of getting to know Ela, much to our mutual benefit, enrichening both of our educations. Ela, like so many amazing women, is juggling family and work and authorship. Therefore, I'm not only endorsing Ela's works (and only the second person/author I have endorsed in this group), but more importantly, Ela herself.
