Wow, Lex. Thank you so much for the great review. From the few that read The Serpent's Fall, you are the second person wishing for a sequel. Got me thinking...But mostly glad that you deemed the world of Jack Dunning exciting enough for a second book. Thank you for that.

Hey, J.D., sorry for the long delay in responding to your comment here. I haven't been active on Goodreads for quite some time, but I hope to rectify that in the future.
Happy to read that you liked my review. I've written over 200 reviews for Reader's Favorite, and in selecting what I'll read, I look for books that interest me (genre-wise). When possible, I read the synopsis and/or the sample (if available). That process allows me to pick books I believe I can rate above 3 stars.
With my military and US government careers, I'm very critical of fiction that fails the verisimilitude test. The closing line in my review has hopefully planted the necessary seed for you to write a sequel. When (not if) that happens, please let me know when you post it on Reader's Favorite, so I don't miss it!
