Thank you Katie. I was intrigued when you mentioned Sebök. I have listened to these words you quote often. Did you study with him? He was also one of my esteemed mentors and I frequently speak about how in order to survive they had to endeavor not to feel and when beginning to play after the war, he and others had to learn how to feel again. I did feel the history of racism needed to be told. I’ve encountered many young people who haven’t learned the history. Thanks again for your thoughtful review.
