H.S. Toshack How do I add second editions of my three children's books - and what happens to the first editions?

Thanks!

HST

Eline If you're already part of the Goodreads Author Program, you can add your new book/edition following these steps:
Navigate to your Author Dashboard.
Click on Add a book. The book creation page displays with your correct author name pre-filled.
Fill in your book's remaining details. For tips, see our Librarian Manual.
Click Create book

The first editions will stay on Goodreads, because some people might still have them/read them.

If you want us to add the book editions for you, please follow the guidelines as per GR template for requesting new books/new editions: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

H.S. Toshack Thanks, Eline - and sorry - I belatedly realise that I added the books in question to my list sometime ago.

Best regards, HST

Eline No problem. Hereby I'm closing this topic.

H.S. Toshack Hello again Eline. I hope it's ok to reach out to you for help with another topic. I've posted a query more than 24hrs. ago but haven't received a reply yet - very unusually in my experience, and I wonder whether it's somehow gone astray.

Here's my problem. My Amazon and Goodreads accounts are linked but three of the books in my ‘Poems and Places’ series, published on Amazon some time ago in both paperback and Kindle formats, have not automatically been transferred to Goodreads. Hope you can help.

Thanks in advance,

HST

Scott If the thread is closed, you should start another thread. In this case, you should add to the one you already created elsewhere.

24 hours is not a long time.

As Eline said, you can add your own paperback books. For Kindle, you'll have to request it from support.

H.S. Toshack Thanks, Scott - and sorry...I've obviously done things in the wrong way. I was looking for a quick way to get the three collections of poems on Goodreads.

Best regards,

HST
