story of my life. I can get someone to reply to me by shaming me for creating a new post after 30 days, but I can't get anyone to respond to my post that they are going to fix my cover or even answer whether or not I am providing all the needed info lol. Eventually, I will probably have a few hundred replies to my post, all talking to myself, with no cover resolution.

Sadly, I am getting a lot of messages on instagram and tiktok asking me why Amazon and goodreads has two different covers and if they are both my book. Of all the struggles of being a new author, this is probably the most frustrating because I really have no control over it.

Just give it time.
I don't add ebook covers (except sometimes Kindle from Amazon) as it is not a format I use and I don't understand about the files.
There are many librarians and somebody will deal with your request.
