This book had my head spinning! I am a very non-confrontational person and I would rather walk away, but this book made me see that when I walk away, I take the offense with me and it is prideful to say "I am good", when in reality, I am hurt and it is okay to say I am hurt and work though the offense so I can release it.

"If anyone challenges the truth of the gospel, it is time to be offensive without apology."
There are many times when I have tried to talk to people about the truth of the gospel; say to a friend or another Christian and have had them take offense to what I was saying.
I am one who will go out of my way to avoid offending someone at all cost. Since reading this book I am finding out that offense is inevitable especially for a Christian. But the statement above says "It is time to be offensive without apology."
Anyone have any comments on how this sentenced affected you and your way of handling the truth of the gospel with others? What about how you handle the actual offense because of the truth of the gospel?
Would love to hear from others who have been helped by this book.
