Hi, I have recently gained access to my author account and would like to have all of my books in one place.

Books missing:

Web Of Liza ISBN 9781764109031 (paperback) and 9781764109048 (ebook). I am the sole author of this novel.

Body of Work ISBN 9780648414650. I am one of multiple authors in this anthology

Rebels and Rainbows ISBN 9781763696631, I am one of multiple authors in this anthology

Attack of the Colossal Creatures from Planet X ISBN 9780975621141. I am one of multiple authors in this anthology.

I noticed that in my account my author name is J.M. Voss with a large gap between the M and the V, if all of my works could be united under J.M. Voss that would be ideal.

Done. The extra space in your author name is not a mistake, it’s how the Goodreads system disambiguates authors with the same name. There is another author with the same name, so this helps keep them separate. It does not affect how readers find your books or how your name appears on the site.
