I updated my book Friendship Games with a new trim size. Amazon required a new ISBN as well. Here is the new edition with new ISBNs. I would like to update Goodreads as well to reflect this change, including the new cover. Thank you!

That's right. It is a new ISBN for the new edition with new cover. It is not the ISBN or record on Goodreads.

The cover that we have is the same as the one on the publisher site as well as on Amazon.

So I am not understanding what you are asking us to change.
