I enjoyed reading Otto's review almost as much as l enjoyed being in the field day after day. My expectations changed as l travelled through some very difficult countries from the perpective of time lost due to civil wars that in one case in particular brought very little positive and left the country way behind in its development. Some days I found being an objective observer very hard to maintain. However, there is an individual strength that runs through the people and this provides the hope for tomorrow.
