Merge Two Formats of Same Title > Likes and Comments

Hello. I need to get two formats for a new/upcoming book properly merged so that reviews, search results, etc. are together. The main entry is the ebook ISBN 9781955997706. The one that needs to be merged is the paperback ISBN 9781955997683. There had been a mistake in the initial Amazon listings that caused them to be separated, which I believe reflected automatically on Goodreads. (That has just been corrected on the Amazon side.)

Please note that the ebook version correctly lists my name as Wayne D. Kramer (period after the middle initial). The paperback incorrectly omits the period.
