This is how you write an informative, medical book! Granted, the second chapter absolutely felt like drinking from a fire hose, but I think I followed along, and it definitely helped to have that foundation for the rest of the book. The patient stories make sense in placement and content. There is enough information to feel empowered with understanding and also have ideas of what to say to an allergist and some explanations for options of possible treatments. I took lots of notes, as much of it pertains to myself or my family. Great information, helpful advice, and well-written.
