hi right now I am reading The Adventures Of Sherlock Holmes and some of the series I am very excited about are Warrior Cats, The Inheritance Games and Keepers Of The Lost Cities. I am looking forward to entering new book genres, such as sci-fi or Gothic or sweet romance, and if you have any recommendations pls drop them here ❤️❤️❤️
I just finished Arcana Academy by Elise Kova! I loved it so much! Her world building is amazing and the romance is spot on!
although I'm juggling between 4 books, I'd say I'm reading All the pretty horses by Cormac McCarthy.
I'm almost done reading Until Midnight (ARC) by Luanne Rice... It's pretty good. I'm also reading The Exes, Too Old for This and The Stand (audio/kindle.)
I’m reading A Tale of Two Cities for the first time! & I’m finishing a buddy read with a friend of The War of the Worlds. Two very different books, but actually near the same time periods. I’m enjoying my britain/ english themed 1800’s books … i’m not quite sure why. I read Wuthering Heights about a month ago as well lol

yes I'll try posting updates and all.you are into classics i see, i read them here and there, as I'm afraid that i won't understand it fully due to context and language. that's why I'm getting used to reading. even tho I read my first 4 years ago, i got fully into reading recently a few months ago.
as for all the pretty horses, i feared that would be the case you see i loved the movie no country for old men, then it came to me i should read cormac McCarthy tho i feel like i should have started with The Road, i almost dnfed all the pretty horses, but ig it's on me it takes a little to get used to his style.
but boy it gets really good on part 3, the prose now i get why it won the prize.
For the moment i'm reading The first men in the moon from H.G. Wells. Tomorrow i get a reviewbook and then i put Wells on the side to read the new book. Once finished i continue in Wells.

Yes as of right now i’m reading some classics, but i do have a wide variety of genres i read. Basically if i like the book, i’ll continue reading it lol
Good to know about Part 3 of All The Pretty Horses, i’ve heard a lot about Cormac McCarthy! Looking forward to your thoughts

Hope to become your friend so i can see your thoughts as well :)
I'm almost done with Avatar: The Awakening of Roku, by Randy Ribay. (It's set in the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender, not James Cameron's Avatar.)
Hi from FL. Am avid reader, don’t mind DNF if book doesn’t interest me. I just finished Nash Falls by David Baldacci , think it was very good, and The Butcher by jennifer Hillier, and for that one - I just don’t get the hype. Am currently reading The Grave Artist by Jeffery Deaver
I just finished Book 3 of The War of Lost Hearts by Carissa Broadbent. What an amazing series! I just started on Wolf Worm by T Kingfisher. Totally different vibe going from romantasy to gothic horror but loving it so far.
Currently I’m listening to The Dragon Republic from the Poppy Wars trilogy, and physically reading A Torch Against the Night from the Ember of Ashes series. Both series are phenomenal! I can’t stop reading them!
Just finished book three of the "Hell's Library" trilogy by A.J. Hackwith and I don't know what to do with myself now.
Currently reading two books at once. The Harafish by Naguib Mahfouz, exploration of human souls, desires, and whims across generations. Mahfouz does what only he can: make an entire world feel both epic and deeply intimate. And Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss, a sharp, practical guide to negotiation built on real FBI experience. Every chapter feels like a masterclass disguised as a story.
I’m currently hooked and binge reading all 7 (soon to be 8) books in the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. Currently on book # 5!
Just finished Parick Ryan's BUCKEYE, Walter Isaacson's THE GREATEST SENTENCE EVER WRITTEN, and Freya Markse CINDER HOUSE. Presently, I am reading REDFIELD FARM by Judith Redline Coopey.
Right now I am reading Anna Karenina, afterwards I will probably read The Brothers Karamazov. For me, Fyodor Dostoevsky and Leo Tolstoy are challenging both in the way their books are written, but also in the content and sociological/psychological analysis done by both.
So many books on here I haven't heard of before...I am currently reading Heroes on audio, and I am about to begin The Maze Runner which I'm very excited about!
I'm reading The Mountains Between Us by Charles Martin. I usually read fantasy romance but every now and then I read general fiction or thriller or horror. If anyone has some good apocalypse/zombie reads I'd really be interested.
Just finished The Keeper (ARC) by Tana French which wraps up the Cal Hooper trilogy. It was so good, I love her writing.
Hi. I’m currently reading trad wife as part of a book club read. Only just started but it’s supposedly similar to rosemary’s baby.
Reading Somewhere Beyond the Sea as well as Coded Justice and So Far Gone but to be honest I haven't cracked Jess Walter's book for weeks now. Just picked up The Land of Sweet Forever: Stories and Essays and A River Runs Through It and Other Stories at the library. For those whose preference is literary fiction and enjoy under the radar authors, make sure to read Brian Doyle, Jon Cohen, Matthew Quick and Richard Powers though he's not under the radar since he's won a Pulitzer..Playground is my favorite
I have read this Novella so many times and love it every time.Elder Race By Adrian Tchaikovsky.
Explores the bridge between a fantasy novel and a sci fi novel
I am currently reading Green Lantern/Green Arrow: Hard-Traveling Heroes Omnibus and Black Panther: The Early Years Omnibus. Just recently finished over the weekend, The Attack On The Liberty by James M. Scott. It was a really good history book about Israel’s attack on the U.S.S. Liberty. Scott’s father actually served on the ship.
I am reading Revelation Space by Alastair Reynolds. Best book I have read in a long time is To Sleep In A Sea if Stars,by Christopher Paolini.
Just finished Concrete Rose for book club. It was very good! Apparently it’s the prequel to The Hate U Give, so that’s now on my list!
Currently reading Clash of Kings for the first time (I was able to avoid the whole show craze so currently going in blind then watching the show once I'm done) and Fellowship of the Ring for the first time but I've seen the movies countless times ...
I'm reading this book for the second time. The first time, I devoured it in one go—now I'm savoring every chilling detail.Dear AI, I Killed Her: 16 Sessions About the Dead Girl in a Blue Dress

I'm reading several books right now, but the most interesting ones are My Friends, the Heated Rivalry series, and Veronika Kane's Eastshore Isle series.
I finished and really was moved by Coming Home and I loved the romance One Week to Win the Chocolate Maker.
