Hi Wynne! I am glad to hear that you're OK! I can't find you on FB at all - not even your recovered account for some reason. I can't wait for his book! I am SO in love with Sasha and so invested in his and Caprice's relationship! I can't wait to read the whole story!!!
After I had that recovered account for a few weeks, FB went in and deleted it. They also deleted the original Wynne Roman account. There is no more recovery. I will try to get back on when I'm ready to announce my new pseudonym. I have chosen one, but I want to time the announcement close to when I release Explicit. I know I've been so tardy with this book. My "real life" has made writing difficult for me. You know a little about that. I'm not one who can take those painful moments and turn them into production, unfortunately. Worse, I lost a little bit of the book. I was switching back and forth between Word and Atticus, my formatting program, and I think that's how I lost some of it. So, I'm recreating that. I put me in a bad mood ...
Darn....what happened sucks (with your FB account, your life complications and your book's missing parts...) But there is no other choice but to move forward with everything, so I will wait patiently for your announcement. Just a thought...can't we beta readers give you the part of the book you had sent us? I think I have kept the original file somewhere....I have sent it on my kindle to read and comment on it when you had sent it (as you know), but I don't know if you are referring to this early part of the book or something you wrote later on and lost....So, I also read about the Patreon account. I have heard of it but I also have no idea how it works. I think you need a paid subsciption? I am not sure..Many authors use it but I've always found social more approachable and easy to use....You'll let us know when the time comes, though, I am sure :) In the meantime, take care. Life happens and it waits for no one's convenience or permission, unfortunately...
I wish you Beta readers could give me what I lost! But this is something I wrote for the very end of the book. Around the time of the Big Reveal. I keep checking everyplace I might have copied it to, but no luck so far. This whole hacking and other stuff in my personal life has given me an entirely new outlook, and Mr. Romantic is right there, sharing it all with me. Willing to do whatever he can to improve things. It has been a LONG TIME since I had someone to share my burden. It has been an adjustment to let someone in to that degree. =:O
I have another book, an Australian historical, that will come sometime after this one. I talked to Mr. Romantic about how to handle the relationship between the H/H. He gave me a whole new outlook!! A much better approach. I was trying too hard to get them into bed, and he counseled me to slow that down. I see now that book has to be a slow burn, or the relationship doesn't make sense! I love a good slow burn!
