After reading the Introduction and Chapters One and Two, I am thus far disappointed about unreliable assumptions not supported by the historical record and documentation. So much is ignored and oversimplified, those parts rate at best two stars. I am hopeful that Chapter Three will redeem the rest of this study. I would average 0, zero, for the intro and the first two chapters as an assessment penalty when assessing the entire book.
Please don't incorporate any book which labels Guggenheim and Rockefeller "imperialists" into your classroom in any capacity whatsoever.
