I would like to know your favorites on Royal Road (those that make you happy when you find a new chapter) as some of them don't end up on Kindle Unlimited or on Good Reads.

7) Beneath the Dragoneye Moons (big change coming, I'm not sure it will remain there)

I totally lost interest in Azarinth Healer, so repetitive.

I loved Defiance of the fall. still need to read Hwfwm, I'm currently on book 10 of the Cradle series.

Can I just say this post introduced me to Royal Road. I hadn't heard about it before. Its my new favourite site and has led to many hours binge reading. Those so popular to have had their books published on amazon, so have had to take chapters down, I've gone on to buy their kindle books.

My favourites order has a joint first place

I 'm so glad you get to discover RR.
So many treasures in there.
And the fact that you have to wait for the author to publish a new chapter... so 19th century!

Royal Road is such a great resource. Try Brute Force. The author also has a great published series which is up to about 6 books.

I have been reading Mark of The Fool on Royal Roads. Book 1 is available on Amazon through Kindle Unlimited, but is not as inclusive as Book 1 on Royal Roads. I think there's like 498 chapters posted and it's a story I've really enjoyed.

the best part is that Travis Baldree narrates the audio book.

The Runesmith is weird. The main character is kind of boring when you think about it, but strangely you are hooked by the story.

Started reading All the skills, a deckbuilding LitRPG. Really fun so far!

I just binged Soldier of Fortune by Stargazer_HFY and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not perfect, but perfect for me today.

I started reading The Systemic Lands until book 3. But I won't continue, the System is really annoying (on purpose), therefore you miss all the fun and are left with the worst of a System apocalypse.

So I read:
- The Bureau of Isekai Affairs: the idea was interesting but it ended up being a programmer who tries to learn casting spells like a new code
- Monster Menu: if you like cooking you may find interesting recipes
- There is no loot here, Only Puns: I'm not into Dungeon Core stories usually but this one is funny, cute, crazy and addictive

Hello,
- Agravated Defense: good system apocalypse
- Knights Apocalyptica: it's more a post apocalypse system. good so far
- Legends of Arenia: an Isekai story of a whole family, except the System is handle by people and a burocraty... who make mistakes. Very funny, can't wait for book 3.

I read Jay's Eden on RR. It's in a VR world. No quest to save the world, no epic battles, just... Adventuring! It's cute and I want to support the author, so go check it!

ShipCore: Sci-fi, not RPG, read the 1st 2 parts but dropped it.
Fight. Level. Survive.: classic Isekai in a fantasy land with a system. Funny so far.
The Exalt: Cultivation in a fantasy world. It’s OK, it's just I'm not a fan of Cultivation.

I also wanted to say that The Path of Ascension is so good right now, the Minkala arc is the best. It’s now my favourite on RR.

Also, for those who haven't read it yet, [Hard Enough] on RR is probably my favorite story there. I had never thought that I would enjoy a Pokémon fanfic, but this one is just... incredibly well written. Its about a guy that gets reborn into Brock's body. The story starts when he has already been there for many years and is running the rock gym.

- Heretical fishing: funny
- Alpha strike : an AI crashed on a cultivation planet
- Reincarnated for an Apocalypse store
- The Allbright System: military sf RPG, good worlbuilding
- Mana & Mayhem: happen a few years after the MC got isekaied in a fantasy world which didn't know magic either
- The dragon without a System: school of magic and discovery of sexuality for 2 non human MC
- Celestial Chronicles: classic isekai, but unfortunately on hiatus
- The wizard of elsewhere: pure fantasy

Found a NEW one on Royal Road that's worth reading... forewarned: Addictive

I have read all the classics, but lately have been engrossed in the CardLit sub genre which RoyalRoad has a ton of. I second John’s recommendation of Irwin’s Journey. Super fun.

Another is “Black Tech Internet Cafe” which has a similar premise in that if you beat a game in the cafe you can learn a power from the game! These are all super fun and interesting.

I'm going to mention the best rated ongoing story right now on RR, which is Super Supportive.
It is good, well written, good worldbuilding.

I've binged First Contact (also on KU). Its not LitRPG, its military SF. It needs serious editing but if you like the genre you have thousands of pages of it ! Some chapters are hilarious.
