We reviewed this book on that podcast I previously mentioned to you. I only completed 50% of it by the time we recorded so I'm still reading it. My bad :-( Life got in the way - lol. But, 5 stars at the 50% mark :-) "This Is Not About Running" is next months review in Mid June ... if you would like to join us?????
