It's only been a year? Wow! You're a lot more prolific than I am. I'm impressed at how your writing has developed in that time.
I know what you mean about falling in love with your characters. I still love Donna Parker, the main character of a series of books that I wrote more than a decade ago. I mentally follow her (imaginary) life, although I don't write it down.
Your feelings about Erin are very clear. Your writing about her is wonderfully descriptive and it's clear that you know her well.
I think that Badger Therese fell in love Hannah, of the "Female Recreational" series. It seemed that she could have ended the series with any of the books but had to keep going to see what happened.
Letting your characters do your work for you is a great way to write. Keep it up! You're writing faster than I can read and review but I'll do my best to keep up.
