Geena Marie So I read about 10-16 books a month and reciew them on my socials (Insta, TikTok, TOME, Storygraph, Fable, Amazon, and GoodReads), along with posting countdowns, book releases, and book teasers. With that being saod I would like to try my hand at receiving physical copies of ARC books, if need be I am willing to read the E-book version first and if I love it then be sent the physical copy.

The genres I love and prefer; Dark Romance (I have no triggers so do with that what you will), Romantasy, Historical Romance, Splatterpunk, Horror, Erotic Horror. I am not currently interested in Sci-Fi (unless it involves alien spicey scenes), nor am I currently wanting to read clean/closed door romances.

The tropes I absolutely devour are; Enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, second chance, taboo/forbidden, step siblings, step dad, dad's best friend, brother's best friend, he's a psychopath, "who hurt you?", he/she falls first/harder, possessive/obsessive, cheating, HEA, NO HEA, MM, FF, mmf, mfm, mmf... I think that covers everything? But yeah show me what you have and I will most likely read it.

Hi Geena,

I'm not sure if my debut will hit some of the intensity you're looking for when it comes to spice and relationships. Though I can guarantee nothing is closed doors when it does transpire. On the Edge of the Past is my debut novel that is fantasy, epic in some ways, with an enemies to lovers romance woven throughout it. It features the tropes one bed—ish (more like one room), cat and mouse, and just more overall romantasy themes.

Furthermore, there are some dark elements in the story, more like dark fantasy, with a bit of horror and a lot of mystery. Since I feel like I'm not doing the best job selling it, I'll drop the blurb below and you can see if it sounds interesting at all! If it does, you can reach me at Jaxondierker@gmail.com and I can send you the ebook formatted file. The book is launching May 1st so I currently don't have any print backs available.

Thanks for your time and consideration and I'd love to have some of that unrelenting feedback of yours!

P.S. There are some sci-fi themes sort of surrounding the book, but for all intense and purposes it is a fantasy like ACOTAR or Fourth Wing. I just wanted to mention that in case you read the first sentence in the blurb and think it will be about space haha.

Blurb:

Strange things lurk in the abandoned and omitted places of the cosmos. Ancient things. Some of them should be rightfully forgotten, while others remembered, if only to avoid the cessation of life.
Khorrin used to know of such things, most of his memories clouded and unreachable now. He can't fathom why his home is withering right before his eyes. Using some of the only runic magic he knows, Khorrin moves across years in a blink as he waits for something, anything, to tell him what's happening. When no answer comes, the oceans dried and forests vanished, Khorrin wades into the endless dunes filling their place. Pushed to the last edges of hope, he stumbles upon something ancient, lying dormant beneath the ruthless sands.
Suddenly, trees fill the space around him and rain taps his face. There are people, there is life. But it comes with a warning. A marking of doom for it all to suffer the fate of desertification if he can't remember what he's forgotten; a journey that will test all of him.
Captain Sahkirra has spent years chasing disappearances with now answers, crushing her reputation with the High Queen. Ordered to capture Khorrin, she believes he holds everything to restore what she worked so hard to build for herself. What she doesn’t know, perhaps blinded by her pursuit of reclamation, is that something else stalks Khorrin. Something far more dangerous and far older than she ever could've imagined. And the further she chases him, the greater the peril, and perhaps worse for her, the more she begins to drift towards the curiosity that Khorrin is.

Veronique deSol Hi Geena,

It involves alien spicy scenes (⌒▽⌒)θ~♪

The Strongest in the Galaxy (Allegedly)

Here is what my very first ARC review said about it:
"This book was a fantastic read! Think Ice Planet Barbarians, only HE CHANGES FOR HER. The chemistry between the MMC and the FMC was perfect, the spice was hot, the banter was on point, and the plot pulled me right in."

No pressure, but let me know if you're interested. I'm always looking for a fresh perspective.

Have a great day,

Veronique

Hi Rene!

I just launched my book and would love the support of some motivated readers interested in an ARC!! I liken it to a very spicy, very adult collegiate version of a Harry Potter-esque world.

Premise:
At a secret collegiate academy where magic binds as much as it empowers, emotions run high, ambitions shift, and attraction becomes impossible to ignore. As secrets surface and tensions rise, the lines between power, loyalty, and desire begin to blur.

Because here, magic doesn’t just change what you can do—

It changes what you want.

Disclaimer: this book is intended for readers who enjoy spicy fantasy! It contains very adult thematic material and is not suitable for all ages. Elements of this book may be triggering, but to avoid spoilers, specific triggers are not prefaced. Please read at your own discretion, and thank you for your support; I hope you enjoy!!

Reviews are, of course, exceptionally appreciated!! Amazon is the preferred venue, but GR is also fine! Thank you so much!

ARC is available on:
If you have Kindle Unlimted (https://a.co/d/0g9wLEXS)
Bookfunnel (https://dl.bookfunnel.com/ywovzis7fm)
Booksprout (https://booksprout.co/reviewer/review...)

message 13: by Cora (new)

Cora Blake Hi Geena,

I’m currently looking for ARC readers for Quietly Undone, the first novel in an emotionally immersive psychological fiction series.

Genre: Literary psychological fiction / women’s fiction
Word count: 66,204 words

Quietly Undone explores the quiet erosion of self within a relationship that doesn’t look obviously harmful from the outside — until the emotional fog slowly becomes impossible to ignore.

Written in close first person present tense, the novel focuses on emotional realism, attachment dynamics, subtle coercive control, identity loss, and the internal experience of slowly disappearing inside a relationship.

For readers who connected with the emotional intensity of It Ends With Us or the psychological intimacy of My Dark Vanessa.

I’m especially looking for readers who enjoy emotionally layered, character-driven fiction and are comfortable with heavier emotional themes.

You will also have the opportunity to read a short prequel story of 6000 words.

If this is something of interest just click the link and enter your email and you will receive the books in your inbox.

Thank you so much for your time, Cora
