My Cover isn't showing on active giveaway > Likes and Comments

My giveaway has just started and the cover is missing on the post. I assume this is because I had to update the book prior to the giveaway starting, but I have no way to edit the listing, so all I have is a placeholder image.

The book cover is shown in my profile & dashboard without an issue. How can I make sure the giveaway is correct now that it's active?
