AH thank you so much for your sweet comments on my story! If you've never read Andrew Peterson's middle-grade fantasy series The Wingfeather Saga, I 110% recommend it... it inspired "The Hungry Woods" and has very similar vibes, besides being an incredibly deep, imaginative, heartfelt series. I'm guessing you'd absolutely love it.
