Adding my book to my author page > Likes and Comments

Hi there,
My author dashboard shows only a paperback version of my book with no cover, zero reviews and the wrong title (Branching Out Scary good romance). The ebook version shows a cover and has reviews, but looks to be on the wrong Joy Jarrett's author page who does needlework books.

Would anyone please be able to put the ebook on my author page? Or better yet merge the ebook and paperback versions together and put it on my page?
