Wow, this is pretty mean.
Alex - you clearly missed so much value that is offered in this book. Maybe reread it and learn about yourself, your patterns and how you truly can gain a lot about how to have healthy relationships in the future from this book. I wish you well - but from your review - it sounds like you need to open your heart and truly do the work on yourself to ever be able to be a part of a healthy and loving partnership. I’ve seen men and women alike truly benefit and grow from Amy Chan’s practices, workshops, teachings and books so again, I suggest you reread it with a different lens and you too can maybe be successful in your dating life!
