Book needing to be moved to my page and cover updated > Likes and Comments

Hi! I posted this a while back and nothing was resolved. This book was uploaded to the wrong author and should be under my page. I also need the cover updated to the one that displays on Amazon. This has been an ongoing issue of my books being published to this other authors page, is there a way to fix this for the future?
