New Book Added To Existing Series > Likes and Comments

Hi. Hope I'm in the right place to ask, but I need this book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
added to this series: https://www.goodreads.com/series/4419....
It's showing the book number in the title already but for some reason it didn't link the two books together.

I also need this particular version of the book deleted: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... but I'm not sure if I should ask for that here or in another thread. I'd set it up as a placeholder until I published the book without realizing I wouldn't be able to delete it afterwards.
