Thank you for the 5 stars and also for the fair critique. Your right, I didnt dive into enough of the reasons the original system wasnt working very well...but I did touch on it in explaining how it would be more efficient with clarification of how the states must appoint senators, which was the primary problem...it didnt specify how states must apoint them. Thanks again!!
oh...and the reason I didnt specify how many terms should be applied is I am open to any number that is agreeable to most lawmakers. I personally think 5 terms in the house and two terms in the senate is best, but I didnt want to get into the weeds on that issue. Plus, it gave me something to discuss in interviews. However, I would be agreeable to anywhere from 3 to 6 terms for the house...but no more than that...thanks again!
