Any idea how long it takes to get the book added to my author page? I want to run a giveaway, but I'm not sure if I can without the book linked to me. Thanks.

However, there seem to be four editions now - two ebook editions. I noticed the 10 isbn and the 13 isbn don't match.

Could someone update this? The correct ISBN for the ebook is:
978-0-9663548-6-7 or 0966354867 for the 10.

I think the hardback and paperback are okay, but please confirm:

Hardback ISBN: 978-0-9663548-8-1

Paperback ISBN: 978-0-9663548-5-0

Also, I would like the first paragraph of the description to be bold. Can you do that?
