Would it be possible to merge the 3 instances of A Free Will Manifold in Goodreads?

It shows two different authors, but they are both me.

I'm trying to have my author account approved, so I can't do it myself.

I now have an author profile, and was able to click "combine Editions" for the two versions sporting my middle name. I still need the Kindle version attributed to me as the author if possible.
