Request to Disable Old Account and Fix Duplicate Book Listing > Likes and Comments

Hello Goodreads Librarians,
My name is Anne Poirier and I am an author on Goodreads. I need your urgent help with my account and one of my books.
MY SITUATION:
I have two Goodreads accounts:

MY CURRENT ACTIVE ACCOUNT

This account has my profile picture
It has some of my books already uploaded
This is the account I actively use

MY OLD ACCOUNT
It has no profile picture
I do not know the email or password for this account
I have tried all my emails on Forgot Password but none worked

THE PROBLEM:
My book titled The Body Neutrality Playbook is linked to my old account. When I try to upload it to my current account Goodreads tells me the book already exists.
MY REQUEST:
Please help me disable the old account so that I can upload my book myself to my current active account.

Hi Anne, I moved your books to your author profile.

is not a separate author account that can be disabled. It is the default Goodreads author profile created for the author name, where editions imported by the bot are initially attached before being manually assigned to the different Anne Poirier author profiles. There is more than one Anne Poirier in the database.

Future imports for your books will still be added to that default profile first. When that happens, please make a request in the group, and a librarian can move the book to your author profile, as was done in this case.

If you find any other books you have written that are attached to that default profile, feel free to let us know and those can be moved as well.

As a side note, this is a public forum, so you may wish to edit your post and remove your email address for privacy.
