I bought the book. But could you make it available for download from Amazon or also list it on Smashwords? I don't own a Kindle and many others don't either.

You can read it on any smart device such as your phone or tablet through the Kindle app. Owning an actual Kindle isn't necessary.
I've never heard of Smashwords, so I'll be happy to look into listing it on there.
In the meantime, I thought downloads were already allowed. Thanks for telling me. Fixed.
