My new book appears twice, neither attached > Likes and Comments

I have a new book in my Talisgate series. It appears twice in the database, but neither one is attached to me. I have one review on one copy and one rating on the other. I want to merge these, but I don't want to lose my ratings/review data. I also want to make sure the author name is right. It seems to cause confusion that I use my suffix, Jr, in my name. The book is Talisgate Book Three. (One version in the database now says "3" and the other says "Three.") ASIN for Kindle is B0H571Y7G9. ASIN for paperback is B0H572F99W. Can you please help?
