Adding my books to my author profile > Likes and Comments

I had an issue earlier in which two of my three books were listed under a different author name. This has since been resolved, but now my Author account still incorrectly has a miss at the beginning, which it will not let me edit as I do not have librarian status, and it will not let me add my books to my account, as it says I can only claim one author account. The books list my name correctly, but now my account does not and has no books linked. Please, can I have help resolving this?

I tried to add my new book, Nightmares in Glass (Hourglass #4) to my author page, but an error message told me the ISBN and ISBN 13 are already taken, although I only published it yesterday.
Could you add to my page, please?
