It's a great novella that delivers that put punch. Really loved it, will continue to recommend it

It really did, it was written so well, so emotional and heartfelt. I read it in 2 hours (94 pages) and the prose is my most favorite thing about this author writing.

It really was! And emotional too Yun. It packed on so much in under 94 pages, kudos to the author for being able to deliver a fascinating piece in such short amount of pages :)

Thats exactly what I do, I jump from horror to fantasy to historical fiction.. it's like palette cleanser for me & keeps me interested in all the genres. Fantasy/romantasy will be my number 1 though xoxox

It's a total gen.. packs on so much in under 100 pages, I think most people will love it. There are a lot of hard hitting themes especially about acceptance, identity and love.. I wish it was longer!

Its beautifully written & heartfelt, very emotional too... not so much visual/graphic cannibalism but some gore elements here and there.. but overall this book is so much more than just being apocalyptic .. its about the grief that family brings us from not accepting us the way we are. It's also about not being seen. How family and others judge you without really seeing you and the beautiful parts of you.

Ahh I'm glad you enjoyed this ARC! What a wonderful story, so much pain and sadness but also so much you can take away from it.
I'm honestly not sure if Kristina uses They/Them, I think I saw these pronouns somewhere on IG. I tried my best! Hope the author can clarify :)
